Pestodilla (A variation on Mexican quesadillas, this appetizer brings together a hint of Italian pesto and tasty bay shrimp or diced chicken. Served with a dollop of sour cream, salsa available upon request.)

Urban Fondue (This classic fondue features two cheeses and chardonnay. It has a wonderfully rich flavor and is paired with assorted breads for dipping. Also available with sausage, shrimp, or artichokes & sundried tomatoes.)

KTP Spinach Dip (Enjoy our special blend of creamy spinach, chopped artichokes, red pepper, Parmesan cheese and lots of garlic served with baguette slices. )

Wine Lover's Farmers Plate (Enjoy an assortment of cheeses served with salami, crackers, seasonal fruit and almonds. This is a great accent to any of our fine wines. Our Farmer's Plate is also available w/Gluten Free crackers.

Rich's Chicken Wings (Rich RAVES about our wings & we hope you will too! Enjoy 16 tasty wings, available in Mild Caribbean or Spicy Insane, served with celery & Bleu Cheese.)

Our sandwiches are prepared on specialty French rolls and are served with gourmet chips. **Substitute chips with waffle fries, a green salad or soup of the day

The "Chicken Little" (The sky isn't falling, it's just a great sandwich! Our chicken salad is chock full of tasty chicken, celery & onions served on our house roll with lettuce & tomato.)

The Hula (Ham & Swiss cheese with lettuce, tomato, mayo & pineapple. We're bringing the taste of Hawaii to Cowlitz County!)

Bonsai Burger (Enjoy a tender chicken breast patty topped with ham, pineapple, Swiss cheese & a tasty teriyaki sauce served on a toasted French roll. This burger is served with waffle fries & a special dipping sauce. Also available with a beef patty.)
